Our Family Story

Our family story began over 30 years ago with my dear grandpa, who had craftsmanship in his blood, inventing an "On-the-Spot Roasting Machine" in his backyard. He was the driving force behind dealing with the machines and production matters in our family business. My dad, on the other hand, managed the buying and selling, designing, and growing the business.

We initially started as a nuts and dried fruits factory, selling prepackaged products to local supermarkets. Later, we acquired a well-known chocolate brand factory and expanded our product line to include chocolate-covered nuts and fruits, as well as other snacks.

From Factory to Market

With a variety of products in hand, my dad came up with the idea of reviving the culinary experience of old markets. This led to the opening of old-fashioned market-style stores offering a wide selection of nuts, dried fruits, spices, olives, chocolates, candies, coffee, tea, legumes, and more in bulk, in a modernized format.

Embracing this concept, my dad envisioned bringing the freshness of "On-the-Spot" dry roasting to our stores. This allowed our customers to enjoy the smell and best quality and taste of dry roasted nuts and seeds, straight from the oven, with no added oil.

A Third-Generation Legacy

The success of this concept led to the expansion of our company, and we eventually decided to open a national chain of over 350 branches across the country. Today, we are a third-generation family-owned business and take pride in bringing this unique concept to the US. We also support US farmers by sourcing many of the nuts and fruits locally from American growers.
